Jordyn Fields
Jordyn is a Brand Producer Intern for Zendesk where she supports the creative team. She is also a recent graduate of Howard University with a B.A. in journalism. Jordyn has a passion for the creative processes and looks to make it run effectively for all involved.
Maysnow Liu
Maysnow is a third-year studying Cognitive Science and Design at the University of California, Davis. She works as a UX Research Intern at Zendesk, where she gets to learn from an amazing team. She loves the intersection between humans and design research, and hopes to bridge this intersection with her work.
Kiersa Berg
Kiersa is a senior at Northwestern University majoring in environmental science and creative writing. She's interested in accessible communication; writing so people feel invited and excited to read. She loves being a part of the Zendesk creative team and getting to make our product as user friendly as possible.
