If you could intern in another department or position at Zendesk, what would it be?

Alexander Aghassipour’s intern. We’d play Golden Eye and tinker with his vintage electronica setup all day.

What’s the view from your desk?

Paddington Station. The new cross-rail terminal. It is soul sucking.

What is one thing that all Zendesk designers have in common?

They all have contributed in a very tangible way to what makes Zendesk a success. Every single one should get a flower tiara from our shareholders.

What’s been your proudest moment since joining Zendesk?

Looking at a team of 70 and not seeing a single misfit or sour grape in the group. That is ultra rare IMHO.

What word or phrase do you most overuse at work?

At C level it has got to be “we need to build that muscle”.
