What is your favorite kind of pen/pencil?

I love to bullet journal, so I like using Tombow dual brush pens, Mildliner double-ended pens, STA pigment liners, and Muji pens.

Boba - yes or no?

I love making my own boba drinks and other lattes!

If you could intern in another department or position at Zendesk, what would it be?

If I could, I would intern as a Product Design intern. While I love UX Research, I also have experiences in design, so it was a nice to be on the same broader team and learn from designers.

What do you do when you run out of creative energy?

I like to take breaks away from work and walk around because it activates my diffused thinking.

What's been your proudest moment since joining Zendesk?

My proudest moment was meeting with my stakeholders and reading my analysis for my end user research project, and seeing their responses. I also loved presenting my work to the UX Research team and broader Product Design team. In general, seeing my projects being sent out and have an impact beyond just myself made me very proud.
