Where do you go for inspiration?

I look at a lot of digital spaces. I look for inspiration on Product Hunt, the Google Play store, and the Apple store. I like to download and try out new products, interfaces, and user experiences.

What do you do when you run out of creative energy?

You will find me at National Parks–hiking and enjoying what nature has to offer!

Nope. I’ve choked on it a few times.

If you could intern in another department or position at Zendesk, what would it be?

Sales team. Learning how to sell the digital product I have designed would be awesome!

What’s been your proudest moment since joining Zendesk?

I remember showing a design prototype to a group of agents I visited during a customer visit. The agents told me, “This is why I love Zendesk! Designers engaged me in their design feedback!” This reminds me why and who I design for–and how useful it is. 🥰

What word or phrase do you most overuse at work?

I don’t think there’s a particular word or phase I overuse, but my teammates have called me out for making UI sounds…click, click, swoosh when I –especially when I design demos and presentations. It’s a habit that I can’t control!
