Do you listen to music while you work? What kind?

When I remember to press play on Spotify (probably 3 out of 5 days a week), I listen to a huge variety. Some days Mozart, other days a playlist of Cardi B and Lizzo, other days 60s French pop or Carole King or The Beatles or...the list goes on! I often will put one song on repeat for an entire day which is how Panini by Lil Nas X ended up being my number 1 played song on Spotify in 2020.

If you could intern in another department or position at Zendesk, what would it be?

Customer Success or Engagement so I could be really get in the weeds of how our users are using the product and how to keep them excited about Zendesk

What do you do when you run out of creative energy?

Go for a walk around the block and then eat some chocolate ice cream. Or just stare out the window and eat chocolate ice cream.

What word or phrase do you most overuse at work?

I tend to explain things quickly so probably "I know I went through that quickly, any questions?"

Tell us something about you, or about Zendesk, that no one knows.

I love San Francisco but I hate hills so I look up biking directions whenever I walk anywhere to avoid any hills (even if it takes me significantly longer).
