Where do you go for inspiration?

I typically get inspired by other people so I find a lot of inspiration but just talking with lots of different people and learning about their backgrounds. I also watch a lot of YouTube and there are so many awesome Creators on there to be inspired by.

What do you do when you run out of creative energy?

Talk to more people.

If you could intern in another department or position at Zendesk, what would it be?

I would want to intern for the video production team!

What’s been your proudest moment since joining Zendesk?

I’m really proud of how the Billing design team has grown since I initially joined. I’ve helped hire another Product Designer for the team and we’ve been able to embed a Content Strategist onto the team as well! We work really well together and it makes a huge difference.

What word or phrase do you most overuse at work?

Either “OMG” or the :fire: emoji
